Brightlines is a translation agency based in Wiltshire. In a saturated sector that was in danger of being commoditised, it was clear that significant challenges lay ahead for Brightlines if things didn’t change.

I developed a new communication strategy focused on embedding trust in the brand. I then created the information architecture (sitemap and wireframes) during website planning, wrote 30,000 words of copy and content and sourced, briefed and project managed the successful agency. Annual turnover increased from £200k to over £1m within 18 months of the new communication strategy being deployed.
