Many of my clients were immersed in saturated markets before my intervention, where fierce competition forced down prices, margins and perceived value. Before they knew it, they were in a race to the bottom. Some clients had unwittingly created commodity-type businesses: great at what they did, but not so great at differentiating themselves.
